Do you want to learn about unique resources that will strengthen your curriculum and increase student achievement? Your school’s Library Media Center is a wealth of knowledge and resources! Enhance your instruction and get the most out of your school’s Library Media Center through teacher - librarian partnerships. Strong teacher-librarian partnerships result in meaningful class projects and happy, enthusiastic learners. You’ll learn to foster a mutually beneficial relationship with your librarian through meaningful collaboration. You will expand your knowledge of information retrieval and gather exciting resources to use in your instruction. This course is designed to provide teachers of all subject specialties and grade levels with practical assignments that they can use in their classrooms. By the end of the course, you will have practiced partnership strategies and have a toolkit for continuing collaboration with your school’s Library Media Specialist. |
