Course Syllabus

Technology has changed the way we approach learning and function as a society. This course will address both the SAMR Model (Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, Redefinition) and the 4’Cs of Learning (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity) and how they effect our current educational landscape. The aim of this course is to evaluate and discuss the role of cloud based software in a modern classroom. Appropriate for K-12 teachers.

• how to create a digital curriculum for grades K-12 .

• the concept of the 4 C’s of learning and they align with 21st century instructional skills.

• develop lesson plans which are aligned with both your state and ISTE standards.
• identify and implement the 4’C’s of Learning .
• create an environment of active learning and become a facilitator of learning.
