Barry is currently with the Long Island Rail Road as Senior Manager Operations Support and Analysis. He has over 30 years of management experience. Barry was on the Smithtown Central School District Board of Education for nine years. He has been teaching management development and leadership courses at Dowling College since 2003 and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society.
