This course will focus on special education law and how it applies to all classrooms that educate students with special needs. Regular and special educators will learn how to meet the requirements of the IEP and better understand the special education process as a whole. The class will review mandates of various federal public laws that impact the educational programs and services of our students with special needs. This class is open to all grade levels and subject areas.
